Who we are

Formed in 2018 by former D1 player, Ana Cale, and her pro baseball player husband, Bobby Cale, NorCal Pride has been dedicated to the support of our brave men and women in the armed forces.

Our experienced coaching staff focus on the fundamentals, as well as increasing players’ softball IQ, while developing players of various levels. Our head coaches do not have children on the team, so “Daddy Ball” is never an issue.

We are about the community, bringing awareness to causes such as Autism Awareness, Childhood Cancer Awareness, Suicide Awareness, and Breast Cancer Awareness. We do so by wearing special jerseys and fundraising for the cause.

As a program, we are committed to offering low fees and fundraising opportunities, in addition to fostering a family environment across the program.

Pride on me, Pride on three… 1, 2, 3 PRIDE!
